The customer starts at the initial level with basic cashback. As the total spending accumulates, they automatically move to the next level, and the cashback increases. The number of levels, names, and percentages are customized for your brand.

The customer shares a QR code or link with friends. When a friend installs the app and places their first order, both automatically receive bonus points.

After a visit or purchase, the customer receives a short survey: a rating from 1 to 10 on whether they would recommend you to friends, plus a comment field. Results are collected by location, so the manager can see issues in real time.
