Today, CICI COCO is not just clothing, but a complete fashion aesthetic: from the atmosphere of the stores to customer communication. The brand is actively developing both its online direction and offline spaces in major Ukrainian cities, where customers can not only purchase items, but also receive a special experience of interacting with the brand.

Task
The CICI COCO team reached out to Loyallyst with a request to implement a modern loyalty program that would:
- motivate customers to return more often;
- increase engagement with purchases;
- create a sense of value for the brand’s regular customers;
- be as simple and clear as possible for both customers and staff.
For fashion brands, it is especially important not only to sell a product, but also to build an emotional connection with the customer. That is why the loyalty program had to become an extension of the brand itself - modern, easy to use and visually appealing.
Solution
Together with the CICI COCO team, we developed and implemented a cumulative loyalty program based on the Loyallyst platform. The mechanics are built on the principle of growing privileges: the more a customer buys, the more beneficial each next purchase becomes. Program levels:
3% discount — from 3,000 UAH of the total order amount 5% discount — from 10,000 UAH 10% discount — from 25,000 UAH 15% discount — from 50,000 UAH
Each order is automatically counted toward the customer’s total amount. As soon as a new threshold is reached, the discount is automatically activated for all future purchases. No cards, no extra steps: the system works transparently and without barriers.
