How it works for a clothing store

Marina buys a coat in a physical store and adds her card to Wallet in 25 seconds. She earns 5% in rewards. A week later, instead of a blanket discount, Marina receives an offer on accessories to go with her purchase. Later, she places an order on the website, and its amount is added to the same profile. Marina moves up to Gold with 7% cashback. If she makes no new purchases for 60 days, the system automatically sends a personalized coupon. The store sees her entire journey, even when she switches channels.

Unlimited push notifications

Remind customers about you for free and bring them back automatically

Push notifications are included in Loyallyst, so businesses do not pay for every message. Announce updates and promotions to your entire customer base or reach only the right segment—for example, customers who have not visited for 30 days.

Integration

Loyalty is integrated into everyday operations

During a purchase, the POS or website requests the customer’s details and balance from Loyallyst. After payment, it sends the receipt to credit rewards; when rewards are redeemed, it receives the calculated discount amount. This keeps the program’s rules consistent across your store, app, and online store.

How can a loyalty program help a clothing store?

In fashion retail, decisions are often spontaneous. A person may enter the store without a specific goal, simply to look at a new collection, and leave a few minutes later with a purchase.

But the opposite also happens: they like an item, yet postpone the purchase. "I will come back later." "Maybe I will wait for a discount." "I need to think about it."

Sometimes a customer only needs a small incentive to return. For example, accumulated rewards or a personal offer.

This is exactly the principle behind a loyalty program. With it, a store can:

  • reward purchases with bonuses or cashback
  • make special offers for regular customers
  • send notifications about new collections and sales
  • introduce loyalty tiers with additional privileges
  • give birthday bonuses or discounts

From the shopper’s perspective, everything remains very simple. The card is stored on the phone, and rewards accumulate automatically. No plastic cards that are easy to lose, and no extra applications.

For the business, the system also provides useful information. For example, it becomes clear how often customers return, which clothing categories they buy most often, and what their average ticket is. Over time, you begin to understand which campaigns really work and which ones barely affect sales.

Gradually, the store builds its own audience. People start returning again and again because the experience is convenient, familiar, and, honestly, a little more rewarding than shopping somewhere else.
