Loyallyst at Astana Coffee Expo 2026

From 3 to 5 September 2026, Astana Coffee Expo—Central Asia’s leading international coffee-industry exhibition—will take place at the EXPO International Exhibition Centre in Astana. The Loyallyst team will be there, so come and visit our stand.

The event will bring together roasters, equipment and ingredient suppliers, HoReCa chains, and industry professionals for an exhibition, a Business Stage programme, a barista championship, a Cupping Room, and hands-on workshops.

Loyallyst is an international platform for managing loyalty programmes in HoReCa and retail. We have been in the market for more than three years, delivered over 1,000 projects worldwide, and already work with 85 businesses in Kazakhstan.

Loyallyst at Astana Coffee Expo 2026

Why we are going

Astana Coffee Expo brings together exactly the people for whom we are building Loyallyst: coffee-shop and HoReCa owners working every day to turn first-time visitors into regular guests. In three days, we can discuss that same challenge with dozens of businesses and demonstrate how our loyalty platform solves it.

What we will show at the stand

Visitors will be able to try the platform live:

  • Scan a QR code and join a loyalty programme
  • Add a card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
  • Receive points or a digital stamp
  • Test earning and redeeming rewards and see the transaction in the CRM
  • Explore automated campaigns and push notifications
  • See customer-base analytics and segmentation

Most importantly, this is not a demonstration for its own sake. We will learn about each coffee shop’s format and goals and suggest mechanics that fit that specific business.

Especially for exhibition guests

We will offer a free express consultation for coffee businesses. Together with an owner, manager, or marketer, we will review the current loyalty programme—or the absence of one—select mechanics that fit the business, and discuss relevant coffee-shop cases. If Loyallyst is a good match, we will help configure the programme and integrations after the exhibition.

What Loyallyst can do

  • Branded digital cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
  • Digital stamps (“every sixth coffee free”), cashback, points, and tiered programmes
  • Coupons, gift certificates, vouchers, and referral programmes
  • A CRM with each guest’s interaction history, segmentation, and RFM analysis
  • Automated birthday messages, welcome offers, and guest win-back journeys
  • Unlimited push notifications and post-visit review collection
  • The Loyallyst Admin mobile app for earning and redeeming rewards
  • Integrations with Poster, Syrve, r_keeper, Loyverse, and other POS systems. Without a till, rewards can be issued by QR code

Key Loyallyst project figures:

  • 1,000+ projects worldwide
  • 85 businesses in Kazakhstan
  • 79% repeat visits at GRKY
  • 93% of issued GRKY rewards redeemed by customers

A case study from Kazakhstan

BlackБери is a nationwide espresso-bar chain with its own bakery and 22 locations across Kazakhstan’s largest cities. The chain replaced its usual morning discount with 20% cashback. Rewards are not issued on purchases where rewards are redeemed, protecting the economics of the offer.

Loyallyst implemented custom logic on top of Poster and a receipt plugin tailored to the brand. Within six weeks, BlackБери had digitised its guest base and gained the data needed for RFM analysis—something it did not have before launching its loyalty programme.

Other Loyallyst coffee projects in Kazakhstan include TheBeze, 7102 coffee and drinks, Traveler’s, ARABICA coffee and kitchen, Voronka specialty coffee, Kushkov coffee, Caffeine Bedduin, HP Coffee, Yessimov Coffee, and ZHANPRESSO.

A coffee-business case study

GRKY is a Kyiv coffee chain with more than 80 locations. After implementing Loyallyst, 79% of guests return for another purchase, 93% of issued rewards are redeemed, and 44% of guests return after an automated push reminder. More than 5,000,000 push notifications replaced costly SMS campaigns and saved the chain over UAH 4,000,000.

For GRKY, we created a tiered programme with increasing cashback, a branded mobile app, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet cards, automated review collection, and personalised communication journeys.

"

“It is very convenient—there is no need to hand out plastic cards, and customers register themselves in a minute. Most importantly, their reward balance is always at hand.”

— Coffeelat, a Loyallyst customer

We have already been to Kazakhstan

Astana Coffee Expo will not be our first trip this year. From 16 to 18 June, the Loyallyst team worked at International Restaurant & Bar Expo Kazakhstan 2026 in Astana—the largest Central Asian exhibition for chefs, restaurateurs, and bartenders. It brought together more than 250 exhibitors, over 9,000 visitors, and representatives from more than 15 countries.

We joined forces with Poster on a shared offer for participants, while Loyallyst CEO and co-founder Andrii Dobrovolskyi presented “The New HoReCa Economy 2026: Why Retention Has Become More Important Than Acquisition.” We also met customers and partners in Astana and Almaty, and several of those conversations have already become new collaborations.

Come and meet us

If you run a coffee shop, a café chain, or any HoReCa business and want guests to return more often, visit the Loyallyst stand at Astana Coffee Expo 2026. We will explain, demonstrate, and answer your questions in person.
