How the Loyallyst and SkyService integration works
The customer provides a phone number or presents a loyalty card
The SkyService POS displays customer information — balance, purchase history, and available bonuses

If the customer wants to use part of their bonuses — the cashier simply enters the redemption amount, and the system applies it at checkout

How to connect Loyallyst to SkyService
To connect Loyallyst to SkyService: 1) Go to the SkyService Marketplace. 2) Find the Loyallyst app and click “Connect”. 3) After activation, configure bonuses, discounts, and loyalty levels in the SkyService loyalty section. Once saved, the integration starts working automatically — bonuses and discounts are accrued and redeemed when closing orders.

All bonuses are retained. Loyallyst syncs customer data by phone number, preserving balance and purchase history.
The card can be scanned using a phone or tablet camera directly in the SkyService POS, or with a USB QR/barcode scanner. You can also find the customer by phone number or card number.
SkyService charges an additional fee for the integration — 240 UAH per month per location. This amount is paid directly to SkyService and is separate from your Loyallyst plan. Loyallyst usage is billed separately according to your selected plan.
