Yes. In Poster, you can specify product categories that should not earn bonuses — for example, alcohol, business lunches, or promotional items. Loyallyst automatically syncs these settings from Poster and applies them to every order. This way, bonuses are accrued only on selected categories without manual setup in Loyallyst.
If your POS runs on a tablet — the customer’s card can be scanned using the tablet or cashier’s phone camera. Simply point the camera at the QR code or barcode the customer shows on their screen. If the POS is on a computer, a USB QR scanner is required. Once connected, the scanner acts as a keyboard — it reads the code and instantly inputs customer data into the Poster search field. You can also search manually by phone number or card number if scanning isn’t possible.
